The XR-40 features new INSTA-SYNC technology that guarantees faster connecting, reduced interference, better packet transmission, reduced connection drops, and simpler user interfaces. An improved LCD screen lets you see your readouts easier, day or night. The two included stainless steel meat probes are rated for up to 716 degrees F, and temperature measurement can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius. Conveniently monitor food, the temperature of a grill, or two of either. Choose either probe attached to the transmitter to change the settings for it. Select between 15 available meat settings and doneness levels to cater to your specific cook. Easily set a timer, or a desired temperature and be notified when your food or grill is ready to go.
