GrillGrates are the ultimate upgrade for your BBQ Sear Box! Enjoy all of the benefits of the GrillGrate system while searing your favorite cuts of meat on your pellet grill. This set includes one custom sized 15.75″ standard width GrillGrate panel and three custom sized 15.75″ Gap Panels. The total width once interlocked is 11.5″. This set is designed to be used as a replacement for the stock porcelain enameled cast iron grates that come with the Sear Box.
This is a limited edition set of GrillGrates. If the need dictates we will consider making it a standard set.

Description

GrillGrates turn pellet smokers into pellet grills. They trap and concentrate heat and conduct it up the rails for great searing while the valleys sizzle juices for added flavor. GrillGrates for the Camp Chef Sear Box are meant to replace the existing grates and typically add 100 degrees or more at the grate surface. Every set comes with a GrateTool which is part fork, part spatula that fits between the rails to get under your food and lift it without scraping.
