Description
FOGS is a high-alkaline, non-flammable degreaser/cleaner design to quickly remove baked-on carbon deposits from fryers, ovens, grills, smokers and hoods without the use of abrasives that can scratch valuable commercial kitchen equipment.
It completely cleans surfaces and eliminates the cause of rancid odors and stale taste. It can be used straight (or diluted 50–50 with water) and applied with a sprayer or poured in fryers for boil-out, ovens, hoods, grills, or smokers and other stainless steel equipment.
