Just like their BBQ Rub, Midwest Dust lines up with all the flavors of Boars Night Out White Lightning for the opportunity to layer flavors on your favorite steak or cut of beef!  Widely known on the SCA Competition circuit, and finally in production – it can be used as a finishing dust in competition BBQ and grilling.
